Architecturally trained, Pauline quickly realised herself a sculptor and soon became an associate member of the Royal Society of British Sculptors.

Formerly carving in stone, she now works with clay, plaster, bronze and other casting variants, expressing a more urgent passion in her work. Creative metaphor, ancient mythology and a deep connection with nature aid an exploration into the realms of our earthly existence and spiritual journey. The Balanced Mind series explores how, through adverse circumstances, our spirit can embrace its truth and potentiality, rising up like The Phoenix. Her latest series, Wing and Form, explores the power of vision and intuition.

Site specific works are undertaken and can include planning application, structural engineering calculations, landscape and planting design.

When not sculpting, Pauline can be found painting: See for her visions inspired by music.

Pauline is based on the South Downs near to Lewes, with occasional creative spells in N.California.
