Following a short traditional apprenticeship of just 4 months, Eve began her professional career as a sculptor at the tender age of 17. Primarily self-taught she has worked as a full time sculptor ever since, apart from a break in her mid-twenties when she attended the Chelsea College of Art. She is currently an elected member of both The Society of Portrait Sculptors and The Royal Society of British Sculptors.

Developing her own unique and recognizable style, Eve currently works from her studio in Hove where she produces both traditional and mythological sculpture alongside the more complex emotional portraiture her collectors are more familiar with.

Exhibiting in places as far afield as Singapore, Israel and Cape Town, Eve’s work has also been seen in a variety of UK locations including The Biscuit Factory, The Hatton Gallery, The Mall Galleries, Sotherbys, Winchester Cathedral and Cork St London. Shows already planned for 2011 include Cork St, Guildford Cathedral and Brighton Open Houses.

Though more recently experimenting with ceramic, Eve also works in bronze and a variety of other mediums. Alongside her personal work, she occasionally undertakes both private and public commissions to create sculpture on a miniature to monumental scale.

Just as sculpture flows through her veins, Eve is able to translate thought, emotion and energy to create work so strong and powerful that it carries a rare voice of its very own.

Eve lives in Brighton, East Sussex
