The timing of the exhibition coincides with the blooming of the rhododendrons, azaleas and spring flowers which were just glorious last year. It is a lovely place to exhibit, but as it is a natural garden, the ground is uneven so plinths have to be very secure, as do the sculptures on them. A lot of families visit the garden so everything needs to be child safe.

The exhibition has been very successful with a good number of sales each year; the footfall has been high with many visitors to the garden delighted with the venue.

Set Up & Take Down: please check that you can do these dates as they are not flexible..
There is no vehicle access around the garden so all sculptures will need to be offloaded in the car park and then you will need to move them to their position so please bring whatever you need to do this.

Stewarding: We are very lucky that Ramster staff steward on a number of days, but it is a requirement of exhibiting that you are willing to steward at the exhibition. This year stewarding slots will be available via Doodle. The link will be sent out to all successful candidates after selection. The link will be circulated to all selected artists at the same time so if there are specific days you want to do you will need to be quick! Sales training will be available on the set up day. Volunteers are also needed to help me, the manager, and Andrew Beney, the designer so please be generous with your time.

The applications open on Monday 6th January and the deadline for applications is Monday 10th February. Anything you exhibited in the previous 3 years at this venue cannot be accepted.
