Christina took up sculpture 11 years ago. She was lucky to study figurative sculpture, including casting at the Slade, Mary Ward Centre, Greenwich Community College and currently at Guildford Adult Centre.

Working mainly in steel wire, a medium suitable for indoors and out, sculptures are further developed photographically to produce limited edition prints.

She has exhibited with Surrey Sculpture Society since 2005 and has exhibited in Blackheath Concert Halls, Stephen Lawrence Gallery and Red Biddy. Sculpture trails outside the Surrey Sculpture Society have included Newby Hall in Yorkshire and Hillier Gardens.

Christina also models in wax or clay for casting into bronze resin and bronze.
